Introducing: The Invincible Teams Podcast

This is a transcription of the highlights of our first Invincible Teams podcast. Check out the full episode by listening on Apple Podcasts or wherever you listen to podcasts.

Welcome to Invincible Teams, a podcast for team leaders and business owners who are tired of dealing with office drama and politics, high turnover, and teams not meeting their potential.

We know that team leaders and business owners like you are pretty much always under pressure to get the most out of your teams.

We also know that most teams only operate at about 58% of their actual potential, and we’ve got the tools and training to make that number keep going up.

We believe that every team should reach their potential and that if we get intentional, our teams can become invincible.

We believe that every team should reach their potential, and that if we get intentional, our teams can become invincible.

Why are we changing from AEP to Invincible Teams?

  • We believe that every team should reach their potential and that if we get intentional, our teams can become invincible.

  • Enneagram is great, but there is so much more out there we can talk about

  • There’s a lot of pressure on leaders to get their teams to perform, and we have a lot of tools that can help, and they’re not all enneagram-based

Are you going to talk about enneagram anymore?

Yes. The enneagram is a phenomenal tool that can help teams in a lot of different ways. So we will continue to talk about it regularly. But we are also going to be talking about other tools, and addressing other pain points that we may not have before.

Who is this podcast for?

It is 100% for team leaders and business owners. Anyone who has to deal with managing people. Others can definitely listen in and probably gain something, but those are the people we are really speaking to.

What is the first step if a team wants to reach their potential and become invincible?

The first step is to know yourself. You can’t lead others well until you lead yourself well. And you can’t lead yourself until you really, really know yourself. Otherwise, as the expression says, it’s the blind leading the blind. So on this first episode, I want to give you a tool for that. It’s a short video/visual lesson called “know yourself to lead yourself” from our friends at GiANT Worldwide. When you click the link, you’ll have to create an account, but it’s free access forever. You’ll really want to check it out.
